IT WILL CARRY OUT ITS SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION AND IT WILL TIMELY PUBLISH ITS SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION TO MAKE THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
