PROVIDES TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING, HOME OWNERSHIP PRODUCTION THROUGH THE SELF-HELP "SWEAT EQUITY" METHOD, AFFORDABLE MULTI-FAMILY AND SINGLE FAMILY SUBDIVISIONS, USING REHABILITATION AND RESIDENT SUPPORTIVE HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES.


HOUSING REHABILITATION AND RECONSTRUCTION IS DESIGNED TO ASSIST OWNER OCCUPANTS TO RECEIVE HOME REHABILITATION.
