ALLEN PLACE SENIOR CENTER PROGRAMS A.ALLEN PLACE BLAST INTO FITNESS PROGRAM IS A MULTI-COMPONENT HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR ADULTS WHEREIN OUR GOAL IS TO INSPIRE PARTICIPANTS TO LEAD A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE AND BETTER THEIR COMMUNITIES BY MAKING HEALTHIER CHOICES WITH REGARDS TO THEIR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, NUTRITION AND OVERALL LIFE BALANCE. THE PROGRAM IS FUN AND INTERACTIVE TO ENCOURAGE FOCUSED WEEKLY ACTION WORKOUT SESSIONS OF LOW IMPACT EXERCISE, BOOT CAMP OR PHONE CONFERENCING FITNESS MODULES. B.ALLEN PLACE FAITHFUL FAMILIES PROJECT ENCOURAGES THE FAITH-BASED COMMUNITY TO JOIN US IN ADDRESSING THE CRITICAL NEED FOR FOOD ACCESS AND RESOURCES IDENTIFIED BY SENIORS IN THE CENTER PRIOR TO AND DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
