THE HEIGL FOUNDATION'S PARVO AND GENERAL VETINARY SERVICES- THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES VETINARY SERVICES TO SHELTER ANIMALS FOR TREATMENT OF PARVO AND OTHER AILMENTS CONTRACTED. THIS PREVENTS THE SPREAD OF DISEAESE AND CREATES A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR THE ANIMALS.


HEIGL HOUNDS OF HOPE - AT LEAST 8 MILLION DOGS AND CATS ENTER US ANIMAL SHELTERS EVERY YEAR. AT LEAST 4 TO 5 MILLION DO NOT GET OUT ALIVE. OUR FOUNDATION SEEKS TO END THE SADNESS IN THIS MADNESS BY PROVIDING SHELTER AND MEDICAL CARE TO HOMELESS PETS IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.


THE HEIGL FOUNDATION'S SPAY AND NEUTER PROGRAM - THE SIMPLEST AND MOST EFFECTIVE MEDIUM TERM SOLUTION TO THE MASSACRE OF SHELTER ANIMALS IS SPAY AND NEUTER. GIVEN THE GEOMETRIC PROGRESSION OF POPULATION GROWTH, EVERY ANIMAL WE FIX TODAY SAVES TENS THEN HUNDREDS THEN THOUSANDS OF ANIMALS FROM OUR SHELTER SYSTEMS OF TOMORROW.
