1. GIM WAS EXTREMELY LIMITED IN ITS MINISTRY IN 2021 DUE TO COVID 19 TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS. THUS WE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO STRENGTHEN OUR PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND PROVIDED SUPPORT IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE TO OUR MINISTRY PARTNERS. . DR. WILLIAM GOOLD AND GIM HAVE PARTNERED WITH SHALOM WATER MINISTRIES (SWM) IN NAIROBI, KENYA FOR SEVERAL YEARS. SWM IS AN NGO LEGALLY CHARTERED AND REGISTERED WITH THE KENYAN GOVERNMENT TO OPERATE AMONG THE SAMBURU TRIBES SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE SAMBURU DISTRICT AROUND MARALAL CITY. THE PARTNERSHIP HAS FUNDED AND DUG CLEAN WATER WELLS AND FRESH WATER CONTAINMENT SYSTEMS, CONSTRUCTED SCHOOLS AND CHURCHES FOR THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND PASTORS, PURCHASED AND DISTRIBUTED FOOD DURING DROUGHTS AND PROVIDED FOR SIGNIFICANT MEDICAL AND MEDICINAL SERVICES DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. IN 2021 WE PURCHASED AND DELIVERED COMMODITIES SUCH AS DRIED RICE, BEANS, CORN, FRESH VEGETABLES, COOKING OIL, TEA, SUGAR, ETC. TO THE TRIBES SCATTERED ACROSS THE SAMBURU DISTRICT. WE PURCHASED AND DELIVERED SIMILAR FOOD SUPPLIES IN A ONCE-A-WEEK MEAL (THE CHILDREN'S FOOD BANK) TO FIVE RURAL SCHOOLS LOCATED THROUGHOUT THE SAMBURU DISTRICT. WE ALSO PROVIDED SOME FUNDS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF A 2004 LAND CRUISER USED FOR ALL FOOD DELIVERIES AND MANAGING PROJECTS. TUITION SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS WERE PROVIDED FOR GIFTED SAMBURU CHILDREN AND YOUTH AT THREE EDUCATION LEVELS, INCLUDING PRIMARY, HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY. FURTHER, CONSTRUCTION WAS COMPLETED ON A LIMITED NUMBER OF OUTDOOR TOILETS IN SELECT SAMBURU LOCATIONS. FINALLY, A MONTHLY STIPEND WAS PROVIDED TO DR. MICHAEL LOLWERIKOI THE CEO-DIRECTOR OF SWM, FOR EXPENSES AND SERVICES RENDERED. DURING 2021, A TOTAL OF $33,340 WERE EXPENDED IN SUPPORT OF THE SAMBURU. ALSO, $4,600 WERE PROVIDED FOR DR. LOLWERIKOI. IN ADDITION, DR. GOOLD AND GIM DONORS THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH THE MT. PISGAH METHODIST CHURCH IN MONROVIA, LIBERIA PROVIDED FUNDS FOR THE CHILDREN AND POOR DURING THE FOOD CRISIS. THESE FUNDS ARE GENERALLY USED TO PURCHASE AND DISTRIBUTE COMMODITIES DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS BUT ARE ALSO SOMETIMES USED FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. A TOTAL OF $5,215 WERE WIRED TO LIBERIA IN THE CARE OF DR. ISAAC CHUKPA-PADMORE. A GRAND TOTAL OF $43,155 PROJECT FUNDS WERE USED FOR THESE MINISTRIES. REVENUE $0. 2. GIM, DR. CV ELLIOTT AND DR. PHILLIP THORNTON HAVE LONG PARTNERED WITH AGAPE MINISTRIES IN SECUNDERABAD, TELENGANA STATE, INDIA. IN 2021, GIM DONORS PROVIDED FUNDS FOR THE CONTINUING OPERATION OF GROUP HOMES THAT ARE OPERATED BY AGAPE FOR ORPHANS AND THE POOR IN 12 REMOTE VILLAGES IN TELENGANA AND ANDHRA PRADESH STATES. THESE HOMES PROVIDE FOOD, CLOTHING AND EDUCATION FOR HUNDREDS OF CHILDREN IN SOME OF THE POOREST DISTRICTS IN INDIA. ADDITIONAL FUNDS WERE AND HAVE BEEN PROVIDED EACH YEAR SINCE 2020 TO ASSIST WITH EMERGENCY MEDICAL SITUATIONS BROUGHT ON BY THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC. DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR 2021 OUR PARTNERS IN INDIA SUFFERED SEVERELY FROM COVID 19, SOME WERE LOST AND OTHERS REQUIRED EXTENDED HOSPITAL STAYS AND MUCH MEDICINE. WE PROVIDED FUNDS FOR THE CONTINUING OPERATION OF THE GROUP HOMES AND THE NECESSARY TREATMENT OF STAFF AND PASTORS TO RECOVER FROM COVID. THE TOTAL FUNDS FROM OUR DONORS THAT WENT TO SUPPORT AGAPE MINISTRIES WAS $18,950. REVENUES $0. 3. DR. PHILLIP THORNTON CONTINUED DURING 2021 HIS LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP AND PASTOR TRAINING EFFORTS WITH THE VINA DEL RAY CHURCHES IN CHINCHA, PERU. THIS IS A NETWORK OF CHURCHES IN THE POOREST AREAS OF THE WESTERN COAST OF PERU. ALTHOUGH COVID 19 HAS SEVERELY RESTRICTED OUR ACCESS TO PHYSICALLY MINISTER ALONG WITH OUR PARTNERS, GIM'S DONORS HAVE CONTINUED TO RECOGNIZE THE FINANCIAL STRAINS ON ALL OUR MINISTRIES AND GENEROUSLY PROVIDED FUNDS FOR EMERGENCY USES ESPECIALLY FOR MEDICINE AND HOSPITAL STAYS. OUR PARTNERS IN PERU SUFFERED SEVERELY FROM THE EFFECTS OF COVID AND MANY WERE UNABLE TO WORK OR LOST THEIR JOBS AND WERE STRUGGLING TO MEET THE NEEDS FOR MEDICINE BUT ALSO WERE EVEN SEVERELY CHALLENGED TO FEED THEIR FAMILIES. GIM AND ITS DONORS FUNDED $14,050 TO SUPPORT THE MINISTRIES IN PERU DURING 2021. REVENUES $0. THE GRAND TOTAL OF ALL PROJECT FUNDS EXPENDED IN 2021 WAS $76,155. REVENUES $0.
