THE PURPOSE OF THE EXEMPT ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE MEMBER HOSPITALS WITH INSURANCE AND SERVICES NEEDED FOR MAINTAINING AND ADMINISTERING THEIR RESPECTIVE SELF-INSURED WELFARE BENEFIT PLANS, WHICH PLANS HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED AND MAINTAINED BY EACH SUCH EMPLOYER TO PROVIDE HEALTH AND DENTAL BENEFITS FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE EMPLOYER AND FAMILIES OF SUCH EMPLOYEES. THE INSURANCE AND SUCH SERVICES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:A. SPECIFIC AND/OR AGGREGATE STOP LOSS INSURANCE PROVIDED UNDER ANY POLICY OR POLICIES ISSUED TO THE TRUSTEE ANDB. CERTAIN CLAIM SERVICES, COST ANALYSIS AND OTHER SERVICES UNDER ANY ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO BY THE TRUST ADMINISTRATOR AND AN ENTITY QUALIFIED TO FURNISH SUCH SERVICES.
