THE AMERICAN IMMIGRATION LAWYERS ASSOCIATION IS THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF IMMIGRATION LAWYERS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE JUSTICE, ADVOCATE FOR FAIR AND REASONABLE IMMIGRATION LAW AND POLICY, ADVANCE THE QUALITY OF IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY LAW AND PRACTICE, AND ENHANCE THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF ITS MEMBERS.

Part 3 - Line 4a
IN 2023, WE HELD TWO LARGE CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATIONAL (CLE) CONFERENCES IN TWO DIFFERENT CITIES. OUR ATTENDANCE RANGES FROM 100 (FALL CONFERENCE) TO 250 (SPRING CONFERENCE). WE ALSO HELD MONTHLY CLE VIRTUAL WEBINARS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. WE DO THIS TO PROVIDE LEGAL EDUCATION TO OUR MEMBERS WHO WORK IN THE FIELD OF IMMIGRATION LAW. WE ALSO SUPPORTED THE 2023 NATIONAL DAY OF ACTION IN WASHINGTON DC WHERE OUR MEMBERS APPEARED IN PERSON IN WASHINGTON DC TO ADVOCATE FOR FAIR IMMIGRATION LAWS. FINALLY, WE MADE SEVERAL DONATIONS TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE MUCH NEEDED SERVICES TO LOW INCOME IMMIGRANTS.
