APPROXIMATELY 13,000 VISITORS REGISTERED AT THE MUSEUM AND ASSOCIATED DISPLAY BUILDINGS. STAFF ASSIST THE VISITORS AND ASSIST TO DEVELOP THE VISTORS HISTORICAL INTEREST TRHOUGH PUBLICATIONS AND DOCENT ACTIVITIES


DOCENTS VOLUNTEER TIME AND TALENTS FOR TOURS OF THE MUSEUM, BLACKSMITH SHOP, STEAM POWERED GOLD STAMP MILL AND SMALL TIMBER SAWMILL LOCATED ON ITS PROPERTY. AT THESE SITES ADULTS AND CHILDREN LEARN ABOUT CALIFORNIA AND TRINITY COUTY HISTORY. VARIOUS OTHER PROGRAM TOURS TO OTHER HISTORIC LOCATIONS ARE CONDUCTED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
