THE ASSOCIATION HOSTS THE FOLLOWING MEETINGS AND EVENTS ANNUALLY:1) TRADE SHOW - AN ANNUAL INDUSTRY EXPOSITION WHERE EDUCATIONALSEMINARS ARE HELD AND MEMBERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHOW THEIRBUSINESSES. 2) APARTMENT LIVING AWARDS - AN ANNUAL AWARDS PROGRAM TO RECOGNIZE THE BEST APARTMENT OWNERS, MANAGEMENT, AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS IN THE INDUSTRY.


THE GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS PROGRAM ADVOCATES ON BEHALF OF THE ASSOCIATION'S LEGISLATIVE OBJECTIVES. WE UPDATE THE MEMBERS ON THE LATEST POLICIES AND PROPOSALS ON THE LOCAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LEVELS THAT CAN IMPACT THEIR OPERATIONS AND BOTTOM LINES. WE MAKE SURE THAT LEGISLATORS AND DECISION-MAKERS KNOW THAT THE MULTIFAMILY INDUSTRY IS VITAL TO OUR METROPOLITAN REGION AND OUR COMMONWEALTH. PAA MEMBERS MEET WITH DOZENS OF HARRISBURG LEGISLATORS TO SHOWCASE OUR IMPORTANCE AND TO INFORM THEM ABOUT OUR TOP POLICY PRIORITIES.
