TWO NEW PROGRAMS WERE CREATED: CONQUER & CONNECT EVENT AND THE COMEBACK PARTY. THE ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO INCREASE MEMBERSHIP BY 165 NEW MEMBERS OVER 2020.
TRAINING SEMINARS, EDUCATIONAL, CERTIFICATIONS AND SOCIAL PROGRAMS. ADR TRAINING HAD AN INCREASED NUMBER OF ADR REQUESTS.
