GREATER CLEVELAND NEIGHBORHOOD CENTERS ASSOC. SERVES AS FISCAL AGENT FOR CLEVELAND VOTES. CLEVELAND VOTES IS A NONPARTISAN DEMOCRACY BUILDING AND MOBILIZATION ENTITY THAT AIMS TO STRENGTHEN CIVIC MUSCLE AND POWER TO ENSURE WE HAVE A MORE INFORMED, PARTICIPATORY AND COHESIVE COMMUNITY.
