SACA DEVELOPMENT IS CURRENTLY EXPANDING OUR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT EFFORTS, NOW AT 2 LOCATIONS: TEC CENTRO EAST AND TEC CENTRO SOUTHWEST. CLASSES ARE IN PROGRESS AND EMPLOYERS ARE FINDING NEW, WELL TRAINED EMPLOYEES.THE FIRST PHASE OF OUR AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT HAS BEEN COMPLETED. ALL NINE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HOMES HAVE BEEN SOLD, AND PHASE 2, THE CONSTRUCTION OF 9 MORE NEW TOWNHOMES HAS BEEN FUNDED, AND WILL BEGIN SOON. WE ARE ALSO REHABILITATING SCATTERED SITE HOMES THROUGHOUT THE CITY TO SELL TO LOW TO MODERATE INCOME HOMEBUYERS.OUR LATEST PROJECT, SOUGHT DUKE PLAZA, WILL PROVIDE TWO NEW PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDINGS AS WELL AS APARTMENTS IN THE SOUTHEAST AREA OF THE CITY.
