EXPENSES INCURRED IN RENTING AND MANAGING OF RENTAL HOUSING UNITS TO 1,323 QUALIFIED LOW-INCOME TENANT FAMILIES, WHICH ARE SCATTERED SITE MULTI-FAMILY BUILDINGS NOT ALWAYS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO EACH OTHER. THE PROPERTIES HAVE MANY COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS THAT MANAGEMENT MUST FOLLOW.
EXPENSES INCURRED IN DEVELOPING 80 UNITS FOR SEVERAL PROJECTS AND DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE PROJECTS UTILIZING VARIOUS FUNDING SOURCES INCLUDING LIHC AND OTHER STATE AND LOCAL FUNDING.
