QC PAWS SOLELY SUPPORTS THE ROCK ISLAND COUNTY ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL CENTER BY PROVIDING VOLUNTEERS, FOOD, MEDICINE, AND SUPPLIES TO ANIMALS THAT NEED CARE. PAWS ALSO FUNDS PROGRAMS THAT FACILITATE PET ADOPTIONS AND REDUCED COST SPAY AND NEUTERING PROGRAMS.
