IMPLEMENTING AND CONDUCTING AN INSPECTION PROCESS FOR RETAIL AGRICHEMICAL FACILITIES AND PAYMENT OF INSPECTORS TO CONDUCT THE INSPECTIONS, RECORD THE FINDINGS AND REPORT THE FINDINGS TO THE AASA. THE QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM CONDUCTS RE-INSPECTIONS TO ASSURE THAT THE INITIAL INSPECTIONS WERE PERFORMED CORRECTLY.


SUBSTANTIAL DATABASE THAT IS ESTABLISHED AND MAINTAINED WHICH CONTAINS ALL THE INSPECTION DATA FOR THE AGRICHEMICAL FACILITIES INSPECTED BY THE AASA. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT INCLUDES DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST, TRAINING OF THE INSPECTORS AND PRODUCTION OF INSPECTION FORMS, MAILINGS AND CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE FACILITIES BEING INSPECTED.


COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE OVERALL MANAGEMENT OF THE PROGRAM INCLUDING PROCESSING OF CONTRACTS, SETTING UP MEETINGS, MAKING PRESENTATIONS AT VARIOUS MEETINGS ABOUT AASA, TRAINING OF INSPECTORS, AUTHORING CORRESPONDENCE AND RESPONDING TO INQUIRIES FROM AGRICHEMICAL FACILITIES AND RELATED AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS.
