UTILIZATION: IDENTIFYING NEW USES FOR SOY, BETTER MEASURING CONSERVATION PRACTICES, IDENTIFYING BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES FOR PRODUCERS AND INCREASING DOMESTIC BIODIESEL CONSUMPTION.
