TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THE CORRECTIONAL OFFICER PROFESSION, TO ADVOCATE FOR SAFE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT, FAIR AND EQUITABLE WAGES AND BENEFITS TO ALLOW CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS TO PROPERLY SUPPORT THEIR FAMILIES. TO ENSURE THAT EACH OFFICER IS ABLE TO RETURN SAFELY TO HIS OR HER FAMILY AT THE END OF EACH SHIFT. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022, OVER 900 MEMBERS WERE REPRESENTED BY THE ASSOCIATION.
