RESIDENTIAL SERVICES - YAI/RCAPD OFFERS ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES THE OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE IN INDIVIDUAL OR SMALL-GROUP LIVING ARRANGEMENTS IN THE COMMUNITY. THE RESIDENCIES PROVIDE A HOMELIKE ATMOSPHERE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SPANNING A BROAD RANGE, FROM THOSE WHO REQUIRE 24-HOUR ASSISTANCE AND SUPERVISION, TO THOSE WHO NEED JUST A FEW HOURS OF GUIDANCE A WEEK.


EMPLOYMENT INITIATIVE SERVICES - YAI/RCAPD OFFERS COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT TRAINING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH PARTICIPATING COMPANIES, YAI/RCAPD HELPS TO FIND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES SUITABLE FOR PLACING OUR PROGRAM GRADUATES.


HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES - THE FULL RANGE OF HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES PROVIDE TRAINING AND SUPPORTS THAT ENHANCE THE LIVES OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND STREGTHEN THEIR FAMILY UNITS.


FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES PROVIDE IN HOME RESPITE, SERVICE COORDINATION, PARENT SUPPORT GROUP AND A VARIETY OF STRUCTURED RECREATION ACTIVITIES TO ENTERTAIN, EDUCATE AND PROMOTE INDIVIDUAL GROWTH.
