THE SOCIETY'S MISSION IS TO EMPOWER WOMEN TO ACHIEVE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL IN CAREERS AS ENGINEERS AND LEADERS; EXPAND THE IMAGE OF THE ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONS AS A POSITIVE FORCE IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE, AND DEMONSTRATE THE VALUE OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION.

YOUNG WOMEN ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER THE ENGINEERING FIELD. SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED TO FEMALE STUDENTS.


SWE ANNUAL CONFERENCE IS THE LARGEST PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR FEMALE ENGINEERING STUDENTS AND ENGINEERS.


SWE MAGAZINE IS PUBLISHED BY THE SOCIETY OF WOMEN ENGINEERS FIVE TIMES PER YEAR AND MADE AVAILABLE TO ALL MEMBERS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES.
