THE ORGAINZATION INTENDS TO RESUME ITS ACTIVITIES WHEN POSSIBLE. PREVIOUSLY THIS WAS DONE BY HOLDING WEEKDAY LUNCHEON MEETINGS FEATURING SPEAKERS ON TOPICS OF INTEREST, CONTRIBUTING TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOCUSING ON TRANSPORTATION ISSUES AND OTHER AREAS OF GENERAL INTEREST, AND PUTTING ON TWO SPECIAL EVENTS, A GALA DINNER CALLED STEAMSHIP NIGHT AND A GOLF OUTING, WHICH BRING PEOPLE FROM THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY, MEMBERS AND NON MEMBERS, TOGETHER TO RAISE FUNDS TO FINANCE CHARITBLE CONTRIBUTIONS, GRANTS, AND ONGOING COSTS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
