THE OBJECT OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A GOVERNING BODY TO SUPPLY SOCCER INSTRUCTION FOR CHILDREN (AGES 6-19) LIVING IN LYNN, MA. ALSO TO PLAN, SCHEDULE AND FORMULATE A SOCCER LEAGUE FOR AGES 6-19. TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, COACHING, AND ASSISTANCE IN PROMOTING A PROGRAM THAT WILL BENEFIT THE CHILDREN OF LYNN, MA. THE PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE THE IDEALS OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, AND RESPECT TO ENHANCE THE GAME OF SOCCER FOR THE YOUTH OF THE CITY OF LYNN, MA. THE STRUCTURE OF THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH THE INTENT TO USE ALL REVENUES TO OUTFIT AND SUPPLY EQUIPMENT, SERVICES, AND FACILITIES TO LYNN YOUTH SOCCER.
