TO PROVIDE YOUTH WITH SOCCER EDUCATION, DEVELOPMENT, EQUIPMENT, AND USE OF FACILITIES THROUGH SUPPORTING LOCAL YOUTH TEAMS, LEAGUE PLAY, CAMPS, AND CLINICS.

YOUTH SOCCER TEAMS - ROUGHLY 400 BOYS AND GIRLS, AGES 7-18 PARTICIPATED ON 23 PREMIER SOCCER TEAMS. TEAM PLAYERS RECEIVED INDOOR AND OUTDOOR TRAINING AS WELL AS PARTICIPATED IN LEAGUE AND TOURNAMENT MATCHES IN ORDER TO BETTER THEIR SOCCER SKILLS AND PROMOTE TEAMWORK AND SPORTSMANSHIP.
SOCCER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS - FAR POST'S CAMPS AND CLINICS ARE DESIGNED FOR SEPCIFIC AGE GROUPS, TIMEFRAMES, AND/OR SKILLS/POSITIONS (IE GOALIE TRAINING OR TRAINING DEFENDING). ROUGHLY, THE TOTAL PARTICIPANTS WERE AROUND 600 FOR ABOUT 20 PROGRAMS.
INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUES - FAR POST ORGANIZED INDOOR LEAGUES FOR TEAMS RANGING FROM AGES SIX TO ADULTS. THESE LEAGUES ENCOURAGE TEAM EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITES DURING THE WINTER SEASON BY PROVIDING COMPETETIVE GAMES. THESE GAMES USUALLY ARE FIVE TO EIGHT PEOPLE TEAMS AND THE LEAGES LAST FOR ABOUT SIX OF SEVEN WEEKS. APPROXIMATLY 280 TEAMS PARTICIPATE THROUGHOUT THE WINTER.
