REFEREES ARE ASSIGNED AND PAID FOR EACH GAME. AN ANNUAL GUIDEBOOK AND RULEBOOK IS PUBLISHED ANNUALLY ON BAYS' WEBSITE. BAYS IS ONE OF THE LARGEST TRAVEL SOCCER LEAGUES IN THE US, OFFERING DIFFERENT LEVELS OF PLAY FOR BOYS AND GIRLS FROM 8 TO 19 YEARS OLD FROM DIVISION 1 (VERY COMPETITIVE) TO DIVISION 4 (RECREATIONAL).
