2022 HILO HARBOR GREETINGS GRANT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE MUSIC AND HULA HALAU FOR VISITORS ARRIVING BY CRUISE SHIP. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, IN-PERSON ENTERTAINMENT HAS NOT YET BEEN PERMITTED BY THE HARBOR DIVISION.
HILO GATEWAY ALOHA INFORMATION CENTER AND EXPERIENCE DOWNTOWN HILO HULA. PROVIDED INFORMATION AND CULTURAL ENTERTAINMENT TO 4,058 PEOPLE VISITING DOWNTOWN HILO.
