IS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS SERVING 21,063 ETHNICALLY DIVERSE PATIENTS WITH 58,857 VISITS IN THE DISTRICTS OF HILO, PUNA AND KAU IN EAST AND SOUTH HAWAII ISLAND. IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 2021, THE BAY CLINIC, INC. HAD APPROX 16K+ MEDICAL VISITS, $14K+ DENTAL VISITS, AND 3K+ BH VISITS BETWEEN FACE TO FACE AND VIRTUAL VISITS DURING COVID DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY.
