PROGRAM #1: CHC PROVIDES FISCAL SPONSOSHIP SERVICES TO LA COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH FOR THE COVID 19 OUTREACH AND VACCINE DISTRIBUTION SUPPORT SERVICES INITIATIVE. PROGRAM FUNDING COMES PRIMARILY FROM THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL.
PROGRAM #2: CHC PROVIDES PROGRAMATIC AND FISCAL MANAGEMENT FOR REGION 2 OF THE FIRST 5 LA BEST START PROGRAM. PROGRAM FUNDING COMES PRIMARILY FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FROM TOBACCO TAXES.
