CURE 4 THE KIDS (C4K) IS COMMITTED TO OFFERING COMPREHENSIVE AND INDIVIDUAL MEDICAL CARE FOR PEDIATRIC PATIENTS WITH ONCOLOGY DIAGNOSES, AS WELL AS RARE AND ULTRA-RARE CHILDHOOD DISEASES. C4K PROVIDES MEDICAL CONSULTATIONS, DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES INCLUDING IMMEDIATE RESULTS FOR MANY LABORATORY TESTS, DISEASE SPECIFIC PATIENT MANAGEMENT AND ENROLLMENT IN RESEARCH STUDIES AS APPROPRIATE, ALONG WITH TREATMENT AND MONITORING OF DIVERSE TREATMENT MODALITIES AVAILABLE FOR PATIENTS AFFECTED WITH THE DISEASE THAT IT TREATS. IN ADDITION TO ALL MEDICAL SERVICES, C4K ALSO SEEKS TO ADVANCE THE QUALITY OF HOLISTIC PATIENT CARE BY PROVIDING SERVICES BASED AROUND THE PATIENT AND FAMILY'S QUALITY OF LIFE, SUCH AS NEUROPSYCHOLOGY, PALLIATIVE CARE, CHILD LIFE SERVICES, AND LONG-TERM THERAPY-RELATED SURVEILLANCE AND CARE FOR ONCOLOGY PATIENTS.C4K IS ACCREDITED BY THE JOINT COMMISSION.
