MANNA DISTRIBUTES FOOD TO NEEDY INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WHO RESIDE IN THE CONEJO VALLEY. MANNA GETS DONATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES IN THE AREA. MANNA ALSO PURCHASES ADDITIONAL FOOD USING CASH CONTRIBUTIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES, AND LOCAL ORGS.

MANNA ESTIMATES THE WEIGHT OF FOOD DONATIONS AS IT IS RECEIVED AND DISTRIBUTES FOOD TO FAMILIES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. THE NUMBER OF FAMILIES MANNA DISTRIBUTES TO IS TRACKED ON A DAILY BASIS. USING THE $1.67 POUND VALUE, THE VALUE OF ITEMS CONTRIBUTED ($259,335) WOULD EQUATE TO 155,290 POUNDS OF FOOD INVENTORY CONTRIBUTED. MANNA SERVED 1,500 FAMLIIES DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED FEBRUARY 28, 2022. MANNA ALSO DISTRIBUTED FOOD TO ONE OTHER FOOD PANTRY IN THE FISCAL YEAR.
