FOOD FOR THOUGHT PROVIDES LIFESAVING, COMPREHENSIVE NUTRITION SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH SERIOUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS THROUGHOUT SONOMA COUNTY. IN 2021, WE SERVED MORE THAN 6,000 OF OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED. OUR TOP THREE PROGRAMS WERE THE FOLLOWING: COVID-19 NUTRITION PROGRAM: CLIENTS WHO ARE IN QUARANTINE OR ISOLATION DUE TO COVID-19 INFECTION OR EXPOSURE, PLUS ALL HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS. HIV NUTRITION PROGRAM: CLIENTS WHO ARE HIV-POSITIVE, PLUS ALL DEPENDENTS. WELCOME HOME PROGRAM: CLIENTS WHO ARE BEING RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL AND ARE AT RISK OF MALNUTRITION.CLIENTS IN EACH PROGRAM RECEIVED WEEKLY GROCERIES, PREPARED MEALS, VITAMINS, SUPPLEMENTS, AND NUTRITION EDUCATION. OUR HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE MENU MEETS SPECIFIC


MEDICAL NUTRITION NEEDS, ACCOMMODATES A WIDE RANGE OF PERSONAL AND CULTURAL PREFERENCES, AND INCLUDES 21 MEALS PER PERSON
