THIS MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED BY ELIMINATING THE BARRIERS OF LIMITED INCOME, RESOURCES, CULTURAL, AND LANGUAGE THROUGH THE USE OF OUTREACH PROGRAMS, BILINGUAL AND BICULTURAL STAFF MEMBERS, AND A SLIDING FEE PROGRAM BASED ON A PATIENT'S ABILITY TO PAY.
