THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PRIMARY MEDICAL, BEHAVIOR HEALTH, AND DENTAL CARE TO THE POPULATION OF SAN JOAQUIN, SOLANO, AND YOLO COUNTIES WITHOUT REGARD TO PATIENTS' ABILITY TO PAY.

COMMUNITY MEDICAL CENTERS IS ONE OF THE LARGEST PROVIDERS OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES IN CENTRAL CALIFORNIA. WE OPERATE 24 FULL-TIME AND 9 SATELLITE CLINICS IN 3 CALIFORNIA COUNTIES. OUR CLINICIANS COMPLETE OVER 320,000 PATIENT ENCOUNTERS ANNUALLY, AND THE NUMBER INCREASES EACH YEAR. WE HAVE FULLY IMPLEMENTED AN INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS (EHR) SYSTEM IN ALL PRACTICES AT ALL SITES. WE ARE ACCREDITED BY THE JOINT COMMISSION ON ACCREDITATION OF HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS, AND WE STRIVE TO BE THE PATIENT-CENTERED MEDICAL HOME FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS. WE OFFER AN EXTENSIVE ARRAY OF SERVICES TO ALL, REGARDLESS OF THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES. WE ALSO CONTINUE TO ADD NEW MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, RECRUIT OUTSTANDING PHYSICIANS IN NEW SPECIALTIES.
