THE CLUB HOLDS WEEKLY MEETINGS DURING THE LUNCH HOUR FOR ITS APPROXIMATELY 300 MEMBERS. THESE MEETINGS FEATURE EDUCATIONAL SPEAKERS AND PROGRAMS TO ENABLE THE MEMBERSHIP TO FULFILL THE MISSION TO SERVE OTHERS, PROMOTE INTEGRITY, ADVANCE WORLD UNDERSTANDING, GOODWILL, AND PEACE THROUGH FRIENDSHIPS OF BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL, PHILANTHROPIC AND COMMUNITY LEADERS. THESE MEETINGS ALSO PROVIDE A VENUE WHERE THE MEMBERSHIP CAN COORDINATE ITS EFFORTS TO FULFILL THIS MISSION. MEALS ARE PROVIDED AS A CONVENIENCE FOR THE ATTENDEES. THE PROFITS FROM THE MEALS, IF ANY, ARE THEMSELVES USED TO PROMOTE THE MISSION OF THE CLUB THROUGH ITS CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES IN THE LONG BEACH COMMUNITY AND BEYOND.


CLUB SERVICE, COMMUNITY SERVICE,VOCATIONAL SERVICE, INTERNATIONAL SERVICE, EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PROGRAMS ARE PROVIDED THROUGH THE MANY VOLUNTEER HOURS OF EFFORT OF THE CLUB'S APPROXIMATELY 300 MEMBERS. THE VALUE OF THESE HOURS FAR EXCEEDS THE OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES SHOWN ABOVE RELATED TO THESE EFFORTS AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE EXPENSE NUMBER. THE REVENUES SHOWN ABOVE COVERS DUES THE CLUB MUST PAY TO ROTARY INTERNATIONAL AND ROTARY DISTRICT 5320, AS WELL AS THE CLUB'S ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS - ALL OF WHICH ARE INCURRED SO THAT THE MEMBERSHIP CAN FULFILL THE CLUB'S MISSION TO SERVE OTHERS, PROMOTE INTEGRITY, ADVANCE WORLD UNDERSTANDING, GOODWILL, AND PEACE THROUGH FRIENDSHIPS OF BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL, PHILANTHROPIC AND COMMUNITY LEADERS.
