NSEA MEMBERSHIP IS COMPRISED OF OVER 500 PROFESSIONALS INVOLVED IN PROGRAMS FOR WORKING COLLEGE STUDENTS. MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO ANYONE INTERESTED IN ADMINISTERING STUDENT EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS OR IN HIRING STUDENTS. NSEA PROVIDES ITS MEMBERSHIP WITH NETWORKING AND OTHER RESOURCES THROUGH AN ONLINE MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY, ELECTRONIC NETWORKING, BI-WEEKLY EMAIL NEWSLETTER, AND PRINTED PUBLICATIONS INCLUDING "THE JOURNAL OF STUDENT EMPLOYMENT AND "THE WORK BOOK". AT THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE, MEMBERS ARE INFORMED OF THE LATEST TRENDS IN THE FIELD, SHARE FELLOWSHIP WITH COLLEAGUES, AS WELL AS RESOURCES, SAMPLES, AND IDEAS. NSEA SPONSORS TRAINING SEMINARS COVERING RELEVANT LEGAL ISSUES, INTERVIEWING, SELECTION AND PLACEMENT, SUPERVISORY AND STUDENT TRAINING TECHNIQUES, FEDERAL WORK-STUDY AND THE JOB LOCATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
