WATERMARK INSTITUTE OFFERS EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL EVENTS, BOTH LIVE AND VIRTUAL. OUR GOAL IS TO ASSIST WOMEN IN ADVANCING THEIR LEADERSHIP ABILITIES WHEREVER THEY ARE IN THEIR CAREER JOURNEY. WE OFFER PROGRAMS AIMED AT SENIOR AND EMERGING EXECUTIVES, INCLUDING TRAINING AND ADVICE FOR SECURING A BOARD SEAT, LEADING DIVERSE TEAMS MORE EFFECTIVELY, AND BUILDING INTENTIONAL NETWORKS. WE BRING TOGETHER SENIOR EXECUTIVES, SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURS, AND WOMEN THOUGHT-LEADERS, WHO PASS ALONG THEIR INSIGHTS AND ACT AS MENTORS TO OUR BROADER COMMUNITY. OUR MAJOR EVENT EACH YEAR IS THE WATERMARK CONFERENCE FOR WOMEN, SILICON VALLEY, A DAY-LONG EDUCATIONAL EVENT FEATURING INSPIRATIONAL, NATIONALLY KNOWN SPEAKERS.
