WOMEN'S BUSINESS CENTER: THE CALIFORNIA CAPITAL WBC, UNDER COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, IS COMMITTED TO HELPING ENTREPRENEURS START AND GROW THEIR BUSINESSES THROUGH EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, ONE-ON-ONE ASSISTANCE, ONLINE LEARNING, AND CONNECTION WITH LOCAL RESOURCES.


CAPITAL ACCESS PROGRAM: CALIFORNIA CAPITAL ADMINISTERS VARIOUS LOAN PROGRAMS INCLUDING DIRECT LENDING TO SMALL BUSINESSES THROUGH FEDERAL AND DONOR FUNDED PROGRAMS AND ADMINISTERS LOAN GUARANTEES UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA IN WHICH LOANS ARE GUARANTEED FOR SMALL BUSINESSES AS WELL AS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR LOAN READINESS.


PROCUREMENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER: THE CALIFORNIA CAPITAL PTAC, UNDER COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY, PROVIDES CAPACITY-BUILDING TRAINING AND DIRECT ASSISTANCE TO SMALL BUSINESSES RELATED TO GOVERNMENT CONTRACTING. WE PROVIDE THIS PROCUREMENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SMALL BUSINESSES WHO WISH TO OR CURRENTLY DO BUSINESS WITH FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
