ORGAN RECOVERY SERVICES: DONOR REFERRAL RESPONSE TO HOSPITALS, DONOR FAMILY SUPPORT, EVALUATION OF PATIENT'S SUITABILITY FOR DONATION, MANAGEMENT OF THE DONOR'S CARE FROM DEATH DECLARATION THROUGH ORGAN RECOVERY. PLACEMENT OF ORGANS, COORDINATION OF RECOVERY TEAMS' TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM DONOR HOSPITAL, SURGICAL RECOVERY AND TRANSPORTATION OF ORGANS AND ORGAN PRESERVATION. STAFF CONDUCT REGISTRY CHECKS OR APPROACH FAMILY TO OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION FOR DONATION AND OFFER ON-SITE HOSPITAL AND/OR PHONE SUPPORT TO GRIEVING FAMILIES THROUGHOUT THE DONATION PROCESS.
