SOBER LIVING HOMES - TRUE NORTH RECOVERY INC. OPERATES THREE RECOVERY RESIDENCES FOR BOTH ADULT MEN AND WOMEN. OUR HOUSING DIFFERS FROM TRADITIONAL SOBER LIVING BECAUSE IT IS A PROGRAM DEVELOPED TO HELP AN INDIVIDUAL GAIN SKILL IN A SUPPORTIVE, STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT SO THAT ONE CAN SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITION TO INDEPENDENCE IN RECOVERY.
OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TREATMENT TRUE NORTH RECOVERY INC. OFFERS SAME-DAY ACCESS TO A FULL CATALOGUE OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, INCLUDING: CRISIS STABILIZATION, ASSESSMENT AND DIAGNOSIS, OUTPATIENT AND INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT, INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT AND NEEDS ASSESSMENTS, TREATMENT OF CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS, PEER SUPPORT AND RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES, CONTINUING CARE, MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT AND DIAGNOSIS, INDIVIDUALIZED MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY, TELE-HEALTH ASSESSMENTS AND TREATMENT, AND WRAP-AROUND CARE COORDINATION THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS AND REFERRAL.THE INCLUSION OF PEER SUPPORT IN OUR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IS THE FUTURE OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AND TRUE NORTH RECOVERY IS THE CATALYST.
