COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS - PROVIDE COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE GROWN UP IN THE HOMELESS SHELTER SYSTEM AND SHOW EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS, MOTIVATION AND POTENTIAL.
