GP/TODCO-A PROVIDES DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS IN SAN FRANCISCO'S SOUTH OF MARKET EARTHQUAKE RECOVERY REDEVELOPMENT AREA FOR THE BENEFITS OF LOW-INCOME, ELDERLY, OR DISABLED RESIDENTS. THE PROJECTS DEVELOPED BY GP/TODCO-A CONSIST OF THE KNOX SRO, WOOLF HOUSE III, HOTEL ISABEL, LELAND, AND BAYANIHAN HOUSE PROJECTS THAT PROVIDE HOUSING FOR QUALIFIED HOUSEHOLDS. IN ADDITION, GP/TODCO-A IS THE CORPORATE GENERAL PARTNER IN THE KNOX PARTNERS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, HOTEL GRAND SOUTHERN AND BAYANIHAN PARTNERS, WHICH OWN THE KNOX SRO, HOTEL ISABEL AND BAYANIHAN HOUSE PROJECTS, RESPECTIVELY. THESE PARTNERSHIPS QUALIFY FOR LOW-INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDITS UNDER SECTION 42 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
