GFSD ACCOMPLISHES THIS OBJECTIVE BY ASSISTING CORPORATIONS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND LABRATORIES IN AWARDING DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS TO OUTSTANDING US STUDENTS.
