TUOLUMNE COUNTY VISITORS BUREAU, DBA VISIT TUOLUMNE COUNTY IS THE MARKETING ORGANIZATION DESIGNATED TO PROMOTE TOURISM IN TUOLUMNE COUNTY ON A REGIONAL, STATEWIDE, NATIONAL, AND GLOBAL LEVEL, FOCUSING ON A STRATEGIC MARKETING PLAN USING PRINT, ON-LINE, SOCIAL MEDIA, TELEVISION, RADIO, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS.

THE 2021-2022 ANNUAL REPORT HIGHLIGHTS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:- EXPANDED DOMESTIC MARKETS TO SEATTLE, PHOENIX, LAS VEGAS AND HOUSTON AS WECONTINUED TO RECOVER FROM COVID-19- RESUMED INTERNATIONAL MARKETING REPRESENTATION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM ANDCANADA. ALSO ADDED MEXICO REPRESENTATION LATE IN THE YEAR.- RENEWED FOCUS ON INCREASING MID-WEEK OFF-PEAK TRAVEL TO TUOLUMNE COUNTY- HOSTED THE OUTDOOR WRITERS CONFERENCE OF CALIFORNIA IN FALL 2021- FOCUSED COMMUNITY OUTREACH/LOCAL MARKETING INCLUDING THE HEALTHY PLEDGEPROGRAM , A LOCAL BUSINESS COMMITMENT TO CREATING AND PROVIDING A CLEAN, SAFE,AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR RESIDENTS AND VISITORS AS BUSINESSES ANDORGANIZATIONS REOPENED WITH COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS. THE PROGRAM EXPIRED IN APRIL2022.- RESTAURANT WEEK AN ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF LOCAL CUISINE, RESTAURANTS BAKERIES,CHEFS, WINE AND CIDER MAKERS, BREWERIES AND FOOD PRODUCERS AND IS ACOLLABORATIVE WAY TO SHARE THE BOUNTY OF TUOLUMNE COUNTY- WANDER FREELY CAMPAIGN TO INSPIRE FAMILY, FRIENDS AND SOLO GETAWAYS PRIMARILYFOCUSED ON TUOLUMNE COUNTYS MANY OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES, WIDE-OPEN SPACES ANDCHARMING TOWNS- SUSTAINABILITY CAMPAIGN PILLARS OF THE CAMPAIGN ARE TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENTAND CULTURAL/HISTORICAL RESOURCES, AND REGIONAL IDENTITY. LOCAL ARTISTS, AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND BUSINESS THATPROMOTE THE ARTS WERE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN.- TRAIL HEADS PROGRAM DESIGNED TO HELP PEOPLE ENJOY THE OUTDOORS, THE TRAIL HEADSPROGRAM POSITIONS VIST TUOLUMNE COUNTY AS A RESOURCE FOR HIKERS, BIKERS AND ALLTRAIL ENTHUSIASTS.- 2022 TRAVEL GUIDE A COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO VISIT TUOLUMNE COUNTY HIGHLIGHTINGAREA ATTRACTIONS, PARKS, LODGING, RESTAURANTS, MUSEUMS AND MORE MEMBERBUSINESSES. 75,000 COPIES WERE PRINTED AND A DIGITAL VERSION IS AVAILABLE ON-LINE.- CRAFT BEVERAGE TRAIL DEVELOPED AND PROMOTED CRAFT BEVERAGE TRAIL ENCOURAGINGVISITATION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE COUNTY- MEETING PLANNERS GUIDE DEVELOPED ON-LINE MEETING PLANNERS GUIDE TO FURTHERPROMOTE MID-WEEK, OFF-PEAK VISITATION- MARKETING PARTNERSHIPS FOR REGIONAL, STATE, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONALREPRESENTATIONS VISIT TUOLUMNE COUNTY PARTNERS WITH REGIONAL, STATE, NATIONALAND INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ORGANIZATIONS.
