VIVO PROVIDE FREE SERVICES TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY OF CITY AND COUNT LOW INCOME FAMILIES, REFUGEES AND IMMIGRANTS, ETC. WITH OUTREACH ACTIVITIES FOR THEIR BENEFITS. SERVICES ARE CATEGORIZED IN 3 MAIN COMPONENTS: CASE MANAGEMENT, CIVIC PARTICIPATION AND EDUCATION. TYPICAL CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES ARE TO HELP CLIENTS IN DOCUMENT TRANSLATION, APPLICATION FOR GOVERNMENT SERVICES SUCH AS CITIZENSHIP, DMV, EDD UNEMPLOYMENT, HOUSING, HEALTH. CIVIC PARTICIPATION SERVICES ARE TO INFORM AND ENCOURAGE CLIENTS TO TAKE PART IN CIVIC DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS SUCH AS CENSUS, VOTING, ETC.
