CALPELRA HAS EXPANDED ITS LABOR ACADEMY AND LEARN TRAINING PROGRAMS TO INCLUDE NEW TRAININGS FOR EMPLOYEES RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING LABOR RELATIONS AND ADDRESSING HUMAN RESOURCES ISSUES ON BEHALF OF CALIFORNIA PUBLIC AGENCIES.


CALPELRA'S ANNUAL CONFERENCE BRINGS TOGETHER CALIFORNIA PUBLIC AGENCY HUMAN RESOURCES, LABOR, AND EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONALS AND PROVIDED A WIDE ARRAY OF EXCEPTIONAL TRAINING SESSIONS, NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES, AND INFORMATION TO OUR BROAD GROUP OF PARTICIPANTS. THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE IS WIDELY RECOGNIZED AS THE PRE-EMINENT PUBLIC SECTOR LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE STATE AND NATION.


CALPELRA EXPANDED ITS INFORMATIONAL SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERS AND OTHERS, INCLUDING PRODUCING AND DISTRIBUTING NEW ALERTS, SNACKS, CLIPS, AND SIMILAR SERVICES, AND EXPANDING THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC ON CALPELRA'S WEB SITE.


THE CALPELRA LABOR RELATIONS ACADEMY MASTERS CERTIFICATION (CLRM) RECOGNIZED THE INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE MET THE RIGOROUS COURSE REQUIREMENTS AND COMPLETED A WRITTEN ANALYSIS DEMONSTRATING THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF CALIFORNIA PUBLIC SECTOR LABOR RELATIONS MATTERS.
