THE ROTARY CLUB OF MENLO PARK FOUNDATION MAKES COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO SENIORS ATTENDING HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. THE SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE COLLEGES ATTENDED BY THE GRANT WINNER TO COVER TUITION EXPENSE AND RELATED EXPENSES. THE FOUNDATION ALSO MAKES CONTRIBUTIONS TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. REQUESTS FOR CONTRIBUTIONS ARE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE FOUNDATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS.
