RACS PROVIDED 53018 SENIOR CONGREGATE MEALS (TO GO AND DINE-IN), 40942 HOME-DELIVERED MEALS,3937 MEALS FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. COMMUNITY SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO 380 UNDUPLICATED CLIENTS INCLUDING 2055 SOCIAL SERVICES, 790 SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES, 254 TRANSLATIONS. MEALS PROGRAMS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH POLICY MEMORANDUM AND DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THE SAN FRANCISCO DEPT OF AGING AND ADULT SERVICES OFFICE OF AGING. HUMAN SERVICE AGENCY. RACS MET AND EXCEEDED ALL GOALS IN THE SAN FRANCISCO MEALS PROGRAM


PROVIDE 10 UNITS OF LOW-INCOME HOUSING TO SENIORS AND DISABLED ADULTS ADJACENT TO THE CONGREGATE MEAL SITE. UNITS ARE TENANT PAID AND THE BUILDING WAS MADE ADEQUATE WITH DEPT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO MAYOR'S OFFICE OF HOUSING GRANTS
