PROVIDES EMPLOYMENT AND JOB READINESS SERVICES, INCLUDING VACATIONAL TRAINING AND WORK-BASED TRAINING, TO ADULTS AND YOUTH THROUGHOUT TULARE COUNTY. SERVICES ARE TARGETED TO DISADVANTAGED AND DISLOCATED ADULT WORKERS, OLDER WORKERS, NON-TRADITIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN AND BOTH IN-SCHOOL AND OUT-OF-SCHOOL YOUTH.


COMMUNITY INITIATIVES - CSET, INC.'S COMMUNITY INITIATIVES PROGRAMS PROVIDE A VARIETY OF COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS THAT PROMOTE COMMUNITY VISIONING, EQUIP COMMUNITY LEADERS, AND STRENGTHEN THE RESIDENTIAL, BUSINESS, AND FAMILIAL ASSETS OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES. ENERGY SERVICES - CSET INC.'S ENERGY SERVICES PROGRAMS PROVIDE UTILITY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO RESIDENTS STRUGGLING TO COVER THEIR HOME ENERGY COSTS, AS WELL AS WEATHERIZATION SERVICES DESIGNED TO REDUCE HEATING AND COOLING COSTS BY INSTALLING ENERGY EFFICIENT MEASURES IN QUALIFIED HOMES. ADDITIONALLY, ENERGY EFFICIENCY IS PROMOTED THROUGH EDUCATIONAL SERVICES.
