PORTLAND TENNIS & EDUCATION, (A PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION), HAS A TWENTY-FIVE YEAR RECORD OF SUCCESS DELIVERING SERVICES THAT SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACT THE LIVES OF CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES. PT&E STRENGTHENS YOUTH, INSPIRES FAMILIES AND BUILDS COMMUNITIES TO REACH THEIR POTENTIAL. WE ARE DEDICATED TO THE ACADEMIC SUCCESS AND LIFELONG HEALTH OF PORTLAND'S UNDERSERVED YOUTH, SUPPORTING THEM IN BECOMING WELL-ROUNDED LEARNERS, EXCEPTIONAL ATHLETES AND GLOBAL CITIZENS.

THROUGH THE EXTENDED-LEARNING, SUMMER AND ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS, PT&E HAS IMPACTED THE LIVES OF MORE THAN 1,000 UNDERSERVED CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES IN 2020 AND HAS SERVED MORE THAN 10,000 OVER TIME. DURING THE YEAR VOLUNTEERS CONTRIBUTED 2,500 HOURS OF IN-CLASSROOM MENTORING AND TUTORING OF STUDENTS. PORTLAND TENNIS & EDUCATION SERVES MANY INCREDIBLY DIVERSE AND RESILIENT YOUTH IN KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 12TH GRADE. NINETY-FIVE PERCENT OF OUR STUDENTS ARE YOUTH OF COLOR AND 81% ARE BILINGUAL.
