SERVICES INCLUDE SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY CLAIMS REPRESENTATION, INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, SMALL GROUP EMPLOYMENT, DAY SUPPORT ACTIVITIES, ASSISTANCE FOR INDIVIDUALS SEEKING TO RETURN TO THE WORKPLACE AFTER EXPERIENCING A DISABILITY, AND ADVOCACY FOR THE RIGHTS OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
