TO ADVANCE AND IMPROVE THE ECONOMIC, EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL INTERESTS OF AGRICULTURE INCLUDING FAMILY AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. COOPERATE WITH OTHER AGENCIES SUCH AS OREGON FARM BUREAU, USDA AND OSU. TO ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER DEVELOPMENT OF COMMODITY MARKETING AND PURCHASE OF SERVICES ON A COOP BASIS AND TO SERVE THE ECONOMIC NEEDS OF THE MEMBERSHIP.

TO ASSIST THE YOUNG FARMERS AND RANCHERS PROGRAM IN CULTIVATEING STRONG LEADERS WITHIN THE FARM BUREA ORGANIZATION. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES BOTH MEN AND WOMEN BETWEEN THE AGES 18-35.
