CHILDREN'S INTENSIVE IN HOME SERVICES PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS UNDER AGE 18 WITH INTELLECTUAL/DEVELOPMENTAL DISTABILITIES WHO HAVE BEHAVIORAL MODEL WAIVERS, MEDICALLY FRAGILE MODEL WAIVERS, OR MEDICALLY INVOLVED MODEL WAIVERS.


SUPPORT SERIVCES FOR ADULTS PROVIDES EMPLOYMENT RELATED SUPPORT, COMMUNITY LIVING AND INCLUSION SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS AGES 18 AND OVER WITH INTELLECTUAL/DEVELOPMENTAL DISTABILITIES.
